I hate that he goes through that entire alcoholic storyline and by the end of it you think things will be better.and then they aren't. Also some of my cutscenes with Clint involve Emily so that's a little weird if you want to marry her.Īs for you brining up Shane's arc, I hate it.

I haven't gotten a full 10 hearts with her yet though, to be fair. Her cutscenes feel like they want me to see how dreamy and nice she is but so far I don't think I know her very well. I've been replaying my old save (from before the update) and trying to get 10 hearts with everybody.
Now that i think about it, she's quite like my current GF as well, who i also have problem with the fact that she never has any problem/talk about her problem, so yeah, biased as well. Or, never mention that, and stick with her always-happy persona, kinda felt like CA just stopped halfway in both direction, and just ended up with the current Emily. I'd be nice if they'd start from the 4 heart event and went somewhere, but in the end her supposed 'vulnerable moment' was never mentioned anywhere else. So far, her heart event doesn't establish much, other than she's attracted to you. I'd love it if one of her heart event established that, say that she encountered problem, yet despite it she still faces it with smile and positivity. If that's what she's all about, then her heart event didn't show much about it either. And i do put character progression above most of the time, so there's that as well. I get what you're saying, but i'd rather see some hippie/stoner attitude that's just chill all the time, rather than happy all the time.
